Canine Voucher Program
Low Cost Spay/Neuter

This is our low cost spay and neuter program for dogs. We offer this program to help eliminate the threat of unwanted litters and other problems associated with intact dogs and help people accomplish this through lower cost. There are no income requirements to qualifiy for this program, we rely solely on the idea that if you truly need the program, it is available to you.
Due to the low cost nature of this program, we do not offer pre-surgical blood work like we normally do with our full paying clients. No other services other than the ones listed below are offered on this program.
Here is some basic information for the program:
- All surgeries are scheduled during our normal surgery days, which are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
- Dogs must be dropped off between 9am-9:30am on the day of surgery, males are picked up that evening and females are picked up between 9am-9:30am the following morning.
- Please be sure that your dog does not have food OR water after midnight the night before surgery.
- Any animal presented to us with fleas or ticks will be treated with Promeris at the owners expense with a fee due at the time of pick up.
- All dogs must come in with an up to date rabies certificate (no tags) or a rabies vaccine will be issued at the time of surgery at the owners expense.

Canine Spay (up to 50 lbs) $185
Canine Neuter (up to 50 lbs) $145
Rabies Vaccine $15
Distemper Vaccine $20
Elizabethan Collar $18
Pain meds (to go home):
dogs under 50lb= $20 over 50lb=$25
Animals over 50lbs will be $50 extra
Pregnant animals will be $75 extra
Pain medication and elizabethan collars(the lampshade!) are not required but are STRONGLY recommended.
Please call or email us as soon as possible to set up your appointment. Please keep in mind that your appointment will most likely be scheduled about 4-6 weeks after the date that you contact us due to the limited amount of slots available, and the fact that priority is given to our regular clients.
